Cameron was probably the most fun loving kid i knew. he was always able to find the upside in the worst situations. he did alot for me a couple times when i needed it. Even though we didn't hangout too often i always knew i could count on him.

I've been sitting here, staring blankly at this page for quite some time now, trying to find the right words to type. I don't even know where to start with the memories, there's way too many. Cameron, Eric, and I were like the 3 muskateers last summer, always together. I remember when Ms. Bieberle used to walk in, see me sitting in the living room, and ask me, "Don't you ever go home?". She always had a welcoming smile on her face, and I always felt at ease when I was over at the Bieberle house hanging out with everyone.
Cameron never failed to make me smile. He was always there for me when I needed a friend, someone to talk to, and he was always the first to step up and help someone out. Speaking of helping out, last year, Cameron had used my cell phone to call someone, and it had stopped working. I told him that it was no problem, I'd just go to the phone store the following day. He smiled and simply refused, and he pretty much threw me into the passenger seat of his car. We drove around town an hour or so, in the pouring rain, trying to find a Cingular store that was open, just so that I could get my phone looked at. Turned out, I just needed a new SIM card, and we both laughed once we found out that the problem wasn't even caused by either of us. Cameon will always be with me in my heart, and my compassion towards him will never cease. He was one of the few that I trusted, and I miss him more and more each day. I still have a jacket of his that he let me borrow, and I wear it all of the time in remembrance of him. This may sound a little "overrated", but having an item of his to my own helps me cope, it makes me realize that he might be gone, but his spirit will always remain, and I can't wait to meet him again some day. It gets hard sometimes, when I think about him, but I know that he's in a much better place now. I love you Cameron, I'll see you at the crossroads <3.

"If tears could build a stairway, and memories, a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again."

If Roses grow in Heaven
Lord, please pick a bunch for me.
Place them in my dear friend's arms
and tell him they're from me.

Tell him that I love and miss him,
and when he turns to smile,
embrace him in your arms
and hold him for awhile.

Because remembering him is easy,
I do it every day,
but there's an ache within my heart
that will never go away.

My memories of Cameron have all been so wonderful. When Cameron was born I didnt get to see him right away. But I will never forget the first time I laid eyes on our little prince. He was his mother made over. So precious and so sweet. As he grew up he reminded me of Wendy when she was little. He always made his Aunt Cyndi laugh. He gets his sense of humor from me LOL.

He loves everyone and always made everyone feel welcome. His smile would light up the entire room. He was always the first one to run to the car when we would finally get to mom and dads house and give me a big hug and ask how we were. We could sit and talk about so many different things. He wanted to know what it was like living in Texas. I told him if he ever wanted to come and visit that I would talk to his MOM and we would work something out. Well cameron you didnt make it to Texas but now you have the best view anyone could ask for. I love You.

Christmas of 2006 I came down to Florida with my new husband and his little boy Brice. Cameron took Brice under his wing and showed him how its was a POP POP and NANNY'S house. They went fishing, road the golf cart. Cameron even took the time to sit down with Brice and help him figure out how to put together this enormous box of LEGOs that Brice had gotten for Christmas. Brice talked about Cameron the entire trip back to texas. When Brice found out that we were going back to Florida for CHristmas the first person he asked to see was his buddy Cameron. He says he  is the COOLEST cuz ever. Cameron thank you being there with Brice and making him feel so welcome and a big part of our family. I love Cameron and you will always be Aunt Cyndi's little prince. See you soon.

One time i was having a sleepover with kristen and it was really late at night and cameron and his friend were sleeping. Kristen and I decided to go downstairs and get shaving cream. We went upstairs and shaving creamed Cameron and his friend. They didnt wake up so we thought it was all goood. The next morning when we woke up kristen and I were getting ready for dance and Cameron was shooting us with his water gun and threw us in the pool! It was a great memory and i will never forget the funny things he did.:)

"Cameron was such a sweet young man.  He always would say hello and wave to me when we passed each other.  And he was always so patient with Riley and the girls in the neighborhood when they wanted to jump on the trampoline or look for 'the turtles' in your backyard."
The Nelsons

"I will always think of him and his impish grin and perfect manners."
The Ramseys

"His twinkling blue eyes will remain in our hearts, as well as our memories of Scouts, camping trips, band and Maitland Middle School.  Cameron made Ethan's transistion to Florida so much easier.  Thank you for sharing him with us during those early years!"

"Cameron was such a nice boy-always respectful, pleasant and courteous with us.  We could not have had a nicer teenager living next door.  We shall cherish our memories of him forever."

A random memory just came to mind.  I remember that one time me and Kristen made brownies and she overcooked them; they were ridiculously burnt so we just left them on the counter...10 minutes later we came back and half of them are gone and you come in saying "those were good!"  haha.  You were such a fun guy to hang out with.

"You probably don't remember me, but I was the arts and crafts teacher for Extended Day for seven years at Lakemont.  I also did storytelling.  One day you picked him up when we had just made origami candlesticks.  He was loving the art activity and he made me a gigantic paper candlestick which I have kept for years!  And I was so impressed by his effort and enthusiasm that I promised him as he stood by you that I would use the idea for a candlestick in the book I was writing.  I remember him turning to you excitedly saying something like, "She's going to use it in her book!"  It brought me a smile to hear him.  Well, I did not quit writing my medievel Christain epic.  It is a writing project that is dear to my heart and getting closer to completion with each passing year.  It was very difficult to incorporate the candlestick idea into the adventure, but I wanted to keep my promise to Cameron somehow.  So, a few years ago I named one of the major characters at the beginning of the book after him.  I hope this fulfills my promise to him.  His character's name is Sir Cameron, the High Equestrem, the highest ranking warrior in the kingdom.  Teachers try to bless student's lives but just so, students bless teachers' lives with the light of their souls and smiles.  An no number of years can erase such blessings."

"Cameron and I met in my 7th grade year through band.  He was the cute blonde haired blue eyed kid with a wicked sense of humor.  Immediately, we connected on music.  Our taste, our passion, and our desire for music connected us.  Even hanging out a month ago, we sang UnderOath in the car.  We always promised each other that we would find a duet to play together on the piano one day.  Although Cameron was a tough kid, he had a separate side to him that I'm sure you knew well.  Cameron and I were driving back from Starbucks one night and I turned to him and out of nowhere asked, "Cameron, are you a shy person?"  A smile danced on my face as I noticed his cheeks turning a little pink.  He seemed uncomfortable as if I had discovered a hidden secret.  His response was almost defensive, but there was a slight hint of insecurity.  "I'm just shy when I'm around you."  His eyes were downcasted as he said this and my smile grew.  "I think it's cute" I stated.  In fact, I found that declaration as one of the most endearing and attractive aspects of him.  I took his hand in my own after that.  Cameron's soft and sensitive side didn't stop with me.  We were baking cookies, when you, Mrs. Bieberle, called.  At the end of the conversation he said, "I love you."  This was not whispered nor said in a sarcastic sense.  He told me that he truly did love you; his entire family.  He said, and I quote, that he was secure in his masculinity to admit it.  Actually, the only time I had seen him cry was when his relative died.  He also mentioned that he would never get a facial peircing because he knew you would be upset about it.  He tried so hard to keep you happy.  His life revolved around his family.  I have Cameron to thank for my harbouring addition to Arby's Curly Fries.  We decided to meet at Arby's so that Cameron could 'help' [distract] me with my Calculus test.  It was raining a flood and our eyes met while our cars were parked next to each other.  He called my phone and asked if I wanted him to bring an umbrella for me.  I laughed and asked him if he would melt if he got wet.  Cameron's courtesy didn't stop there.  He held doors for me, always offered help and insisted that he would pay for me despite my protests.  I remember thinking how lucky I was looking at his peaceful face when he had fallen asleep on me while we were watching a movie.  Cameron was so many things.  He held so much compassion, kindness and love.  He was always patient, cared deeply for his family and friends and never held grudges, fought or yelled.  He would accept anyone and listened to any problems.  He was chivalrous, shy yet also strong-willed.  He was ultimately a selfless person.  And I want to thank you for shaping and raising the young man I grew to love and trust."
